DELIVERY LEADTIMES

We aim to process and dispatch all non-manufactured orders within approx. 7 to 10 working days, sooner if possible. Transit Lead times may vary depending on which service you have chosen. All Manufactured items such as Candle, Wax Melts, Body product etc. Approx. lead times 7 – 21 working days. This can vary depending on what we have in production at the time we receive your order, please contact us for further information if required.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE

Various services are available depending on your location. These options will be displayed at the checkout. Royal Mail 1st Class & 2nd Class, DPD 2 day service (Mainland UK) may vary for EU destinations, FedEx Next Day (once your order has been processed), Parcel Force 48, TNT International (Transit times vary depending on destination and service used).

SHIPPING PRICES

Our shipping prices are calculated by the total weight and in some case the volume metric weight, depending on the greater and which carrier we are using. Volume metric weight is usually more applicable to International parcels than UK. The shipping cost are automatically calculated at the checkout, if for any reason there is not a shipping option for your order or location please get in touch.

LOCAL COLLECTION

If your post code starts with AB you do have the option to collect direct from our warehouse. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to advise your order is ready for collection. Please note that it is not always possible for this to be the same day, so please allow at least 24 to 48 hours. Note we are open Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5pm. Friday 8.30 – 3pm. closed on Weekends.

SHIPMENT TO THE DOOR

We offer various shipping options to choose from and prices vary depending on the total weight. We currently use DPD, FedEx, TNT Pallet economy, Parcel Force 48, Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class. Please note the timescale for delivery options are applicable once your order has been completed.
