CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

Now that the UK is not a member of the EU all goods purchased from our site will be zero vat rated. However, any goods being imported into the EU will be subject to custom duty and VAT in accordance with your own country TAX rates, which you should be able to claim back (Check with your local tax office) Charges Applicable: Anything under €22 is duty and VAT free as it stands. Goods between €22 and €150 is subject to VAT, which comes in the form of import TAX.

DELIVERY LEADTIMES

We aim to process and dispatch all non-manufactured orders within approx. 5 to 7 working days, sooner if possible. Manufactured items such as Candle, Wax Melts, Body product etc. Approx. lead times 7 – 14 working days. This can vary depending on what we have in production at the time we receive your order, please contact us for further information if required.

SHIPPING PRICES

Our shipping prices are calculated by the total weight and in some case the volume metric weight, depending on the greater and which carrier we are using. Volume metric weight is applicable to most International shipments. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship worldwide to most destinations. Offering various shipping options to choose from and prices vary depending on the total weight and location. We currently use TNT Pallet, FedEx, DPD, Parcel Force & Royal Mail for the smaller items. If you would like a shipping quotation please email [email protected]

COLLECTION

You can arrange collection using your own preferred courier if this is a requirement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Please note that we will not deal direct with 3rd party couriers or take any responsibility for any charge occurred. This will be the responsibility of you the client (the Sender). Note we are open Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5pm. Friday 8.30 – 3pm. closed on Weekends.
